Autumn Vibes Playlist

Fall, a swift transition from life-threatening heat and sweaty palms to dim-lit breezes, cool grass on your soles, and faint exposure to sunlight. The perfect balance of temperature in the night and day, warm and cool, and the music is just right as we experience nostalgia from the orange-turning leaves. Each crisp leaf that falls onto your shoulder acts as a preview to snowfall. Fall, also a prime season for influenza and seasonal depression, is upon us.

For me, fall is like peak Twilight season. Twilight reruns, daily walks, and routine journaling are all part of the routine. After Halloween has run its course, I wrap up my Christmas lists and plan for Christmas decorating, skipping over a whole holiday. Despite all of this year's political and social challenges, nature will remain the same, acting as a temperance to our chaos. If you'd like to be grounded, though, and in tune with nature, step outside and tune into my playlist.

1. Pursuit of Solace by Nasir

I feel like this song will also be popular for me in the winter, but I'm listening to this as I write, and I haven't heard a more peaceful song in quite some time. It makes me feel enlightened and very in tune with my surroundings. I can imagine that this very song will feel like heaven in a fall-ridden nature setting. It's so beautiful.

2. Put Your Records On by Corinne Bailey Rae

Now I know that Corinne is far from unknown, but I think this song would be a great addition to any playlist. It's so freeing, loose, and fun. I think that any person needing to loosen up or stop and smell the roses would appreciate this recommendation. Tell me what you think down below. ;)

3. Edward Cullen From Bella Swan by Mityrion

If you're trying to be extra mysterious or vibe-y, this song might actually do you some good. In my honest opinion, anything from Mityrion could fit perfectly into any fall playlist. Check them out.

4. Lotus by Infinity Song

This song has fall vibes, but it could also work if you're experiencing undeniable love. I feel like pure, deep love is at an all-time low right now. I've been considering creating a playlist for it here, but I'm still thinking about it. Lotus is such a vibe, though. If you've never experienced love or are currently craving a preview, I'd recommend this song. Have you experienced a love like this? Let me know. I know that my love for myself is a never-ending romance.

5. Two Lovers, Insane by Mityrion

Now, if you're on my Instagram, then you've probably already heard this song, but I love this song so much. Even if you're single, this song contains so much intensity and depth that it's almost impossible to not fall in love with something or someone while listening to it. Something about it is so unique yet so nostalgic. I can't put my finger on it, but I'm positive that I've listened to this song about 500 times this month already. "You don't know what you do to me. This is so much more than chemistry" ;). Be prepared to romanticize some part of your life while listening to this.

6. Younger by Olympia Vitalis

Even though Olympia references summer, this song has an upbeat yet chill vibe that could easily be beneficial for the fall season. If you're anything like me, you also get seasonal depression. Despite my love for the cold, I can't help but also feel waves of deep melancholy. I can't fully explain it, but I can foresee this recommendation being beneficial.

This list may be a bit short, so I might create part 2. In the meantime, review and tell me what you think of these song recommendations. If you have something better, don't gatekeep. Lol.
